Abu Dhabi: Construction firm Arkan appoints advisors to review
Arkan Building Materials Co, a development and building materials organization in the UAE , on Tuesday reported that it has delegated lawful guides to audit a proposal to converge with Emirates Steel Industries . The offer, which was submitted last month by General Holding Corporation (Senaat), some portion of ADQ, to join Arkan with its completely claimed auxiliary, will be looked into by autonomous valuer KPMG and legitimate consultants White and Case. Arkan said its directorate will allude to the valuation work of KPMG alongside work done by different counselors in evaluating the proposed offer prior to making a suggestion to investors.
